Apps4impact inspires kids to design apps that give back to charity. It was founded by a young app-maker and socially conscious 11-year old boy Henry Maw, and his father Bill Maw, in October 2011.

At the age of 9, Henry created a mobile game called Monkeyberry. This was Henry’s first quest to build a gaming app that gives back, and this is the inspiration behind Apps4impact.

Each app we build has a corporate sponsor, which funds the creation of the app. It is a way for children to use digital technology and learn about charity. Parents feel better knowing the money they spend on apps for their kids thru Apps4Impact will also be spent in support of the community.

Each app we build is kid tested and parent approved, which is good for sponsors, kids, parents and the planet.
